What We Offer:
Avitar offers different levels of access to the on-line assessment data. With a personal single
town level purchase, you will gain access for a single login to the town you requested for the
period of your purchase agreement. A personal login is designed for a property owner or taxpayer
and is offered as an affordable tool to assist them in determining if their property is fairly assessed.
Professional logins are designed for appraisers, realtors, title and insurance companies, or any other professional
who can use our online databases as a resource. With a professional single town level purchase, you will gain access for a
single login to the town requested and have the flexibility of adding users and/or additional towns. With a
professional multiple town level purchase, you will gain access for a single login to all
of the available towns that are currently participating or are subsequently
added to the system until the end of your purchase agreement. Purchase agreements are for a
twelve-month period.
Current Purchase Prices and Levels:
* Personal single login/single town - $50.00
* Professional single login/single town - $150.00
Additional login - $25.00 per login
Additional town - $50.00 per town
* Professional multiple town single login - $500.00
Additional login - $250.00 per login
Upon receipt of the check for your chosen purchase agreement, we will send your username and password via
e-mail. Since we use your e-mail address for billing correspondence as well as for your username,
please use a valid e-mail address.
Next Year's Costs:
Avitar will establish next year's prices based on usage and maintenance costs.
Subscriptions expire one year from date of activation. Avitar will contact you approximately one month before your current purchase agreement expires and notify you of any changes to prices for the year 2008.
