Data Verification is a process by which you embark on a program to systematically verify all physical data of each property through on-site inspections. It is generally done over a period of time and continually repeated so that assessing data is always accurate and the need to re-measure and list all properties in a municipality over a short period of time is eliminated. Programs range from 10% to 20% of the community per year. However, we recommend that no less than 15% be done per year.

This process enables you to rely on your assessing data for it's accuracy, and allows for regular updates to equalize values or bring all values back to the current market values efficiently, effectively and inexpensively.
