Supplements can be added easily.  Just select the tax warrant and enter the amount, due date, and map and lot.  If the map and lot match a parcel in the database, the owner's billing information is automatically populated.  Abatements can be processed just as effortlessly.  Furthermore, any abatements and supplements are imported back into Avitar's CivicWare Assessing system when you calculate second bills, assuring that the final bill will always reflect the correct first bill amount.
