Lien notices, lien executions, deed notices, and deed executions are all processed easily.  You enter a few parameters for outstanding invoices you want to select, including due dates and any penalty expenses, and then you are able to make changes to the list of invoices returned.  In the screen pictured above, you can uncheck parcels to remove from the list as well as modify the penalties assigned to invoices.  Multiple notices sent to a single owner are highlighted above.  From this point, you can print certified mailer forms, post expenses, and then print the lien notices.
