towns. The system integrates three distinct modules: Motor Vehicle,
Dog Licensing, and Town Services. It is completely customizable
to meet your community's specific Clerk requirements - the Motor
Vehicle, Dog Licensing, and Clerk modules can be installed
individually or as part of a total solution.

 The Dog Licensing Module
of Avitar Clerk satisfies all of the New Hampshire requirements
for the licensing of dogs. The Dog Licensing Module has the following

all aspects of the New Hampshire RSA laws, providing licenses,
reports, and notices as required.

for New Licenses, Renewal Licenses, Transfers, and Tag
Replacements.

Produces standard and customizable notices to remind dog
owners to renew existing licenses.

Generates Rabies
Notification Letters to send to residents.

Generates Civil
Forfeitures for residents who have not licensed their dogs.

Generates Warrants
for residents who have failed to register their dogs after
receiving a notification and forfeiture letter.

Reports for
all collected City, Town, and State dog licensing fees.

Maintains
inventory for all dog licensing tags.

Can be configured
to charge optional Mail-In fee if the municipality charges extra for
renewals received by mail.
