Our Clerk
application is designed specifically for New Hampshire cities and
towns. The system integrates three distinct modules: Motor Vehicle,
Dog Licensing, and Clerk Services. It is completely customizable
to meet your community's specific Clerk requirements - the Motor
Vehicle, Dog Licensing, and Clerk modules can be installed
individually or as part of a total solution.

 The Clerk Services
Module of Avitar Clerk is designed to eliminate the need for
manual bookkeeping by allowing for the entry of all financial
transactions of the Clerk's
office. The Clerk Services Module has the following features:

with standard services for Vital Statistics, Marriage Licenses,
and UCC Filings.

Fully customizable,
allowing the Town to add services and associated fees for anything
for which the clerk collects money, including such items as
dump stickers, recycling bins, town publications, and beach
permits.

Fees can be set up to allow the entry of a variable fee at the
time a service is rendered, giving the clerk a powerful
tool with which to handle virtually any type of service.
