The best software in the world is useless
if you don't know how to use it. At Avitar we have seven staff members devoted
to software development, training, and support, assuring that you can
always get answers to your questions. Most
questions can be answered initially right over the phone.
Occasionally, it may take a few hours until the appropriate staff
member can get back to you. If we can't help you on the phone,
we'll generally be on-site within a day. We've even been known
to show up on Sundays during tax time. Whatever the problem,
help is never more than a phone call away. In
addition to phone and on-site support, we schedule quarterly user
group meetings at our offices in Chichester and Milan. This is a
great opportunity for users to interact with each other and share
ideas and tips. We usually plan a demonstration to review a
particular aspect or new feature of the software and then spend the
rest of the time responding to user questions and requests. Software
updates are also provided several times each year. These updates
generally provide new reports or specific capabilities that come out
of the ideas shared at our user group meetings. |
