If you get a chance to look at real estate magazines showing property listings, notice how many have views and how the ad emphasizes this feature. What you will notice, as in the two following listings, is that the view seems to be the
predominant feature of the ad and is almost always the first description of the property above all others. In the two samples that follow, although
each is a waterfront property, the view feature is emphasized over all others.


In both cases... waterfront, beautiful home, but the emphasis is on the VIEW, VIEW, VIEW!!!
